• Proactive contacts with media (horizontal and vertical)• Develop high-quality, communication materials with timely, relevant, accurate and creative content.• Communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in written formats.• Proactively develop and maintain excellent relationships with team members, staff, suppliers and other target audiences as required.• In consultation with business units and other appropriate stakeholders, develop and implement an effective and focused communications plan with a variety of initiatives to promote and raise the profile of Infotheek. Ultimately, the plan reflects institutional key messages and brand to support Infotheeks strategic objectives.• Work in conjunction with the Int. Sales and Marketing Director on the development and implementation of strategic, internal and external communication plans.• Develop and write quality and timely communication materials, both print and online.• Research and write news stories and releases, proactively pitch to the media and submit to various university publications.• Proactively write and maintain success stories (testimonials and references)
