I have been in this industry since 2007, I have worked in various aspects of Water, Sewer. and reuse utilities. My range of experience is plant maintenance working on various WWTP types from conventional, package plants, to a sophisticated treatment plant. Flow ranges from 3 MGD to 35 MGD. I have installed, and repaired water, sewer (pressure and unpressured), and reuse piping systems. I have repaired, maintained, and completed improvement projects on all utility systems to include distribution systems, collection systems, lift station, SCADA controlled distribution systems on reuse. I have experience in troubleshooting, repairs, and inspections on electrical systems up to 480v. I have experience in oversee staff from 4 people to 100 with success in meeting client/contractual expectation. I have experience in contract negotiations and renewal of contract sizes up to 10 million dollars. Experience in client communication, budgeting, bidding, reporting from monthly to annual. I have overseen budgets from $500,000 to $10,000,000 with a high rate of meeting budget goal or coming under. I have developed, provided, and overseen safety trainings for site staff. I have developed and oversaw industry specific training programs. I have performed employee relation aspects such as Hiring, disciplinary actions, help with benefits, new hire, ect. Experience with developing and issuing project bids, scopes of work, and project award and overseeing project to ensure it is completed within budget and within time frame it was bid for. Worked with many vendors to spec parts and equipment to order parts and material for stock as well as projects. Experience in CMMS from opening and closing work orders, creating new PMS and assets, and running of matrix/KPI information. Purchasing of equipment and vehicles from specing the unit to purchase. Experience with technology such as SCADA, and AI for WWTP & WTP systems.
