About Ron Aceto

In 1996 I was hired at Defran Systems as a trainer/support for a new product being launched nationally for the first time. This led to identifying a need for different services than were being offered to which I created these new consultation services. Within 3 years the company was faced with a new challenge: the technology became outdated quicker than expected. They were left with no product and We had to create a new offering and I became part of that product development team, as a contributor. I rose up as one of the leaders of that team and of the product. In addition, I developed all the new offerings for training and consulting services related to the new offering. Over several years I grew the department adding staff to support the new offerings. Continued growth required that I create new divisions and new roles for greater accountability and to support new growth and opportunity. Today I am the VP of Client Services and every aspect of Defran Systems has my fingerprints on it. I am considered the resident expert of our clients’ industry and on top of regulation and industry changes.
