Work with Cisco CAD Cisco CUIC reporting, Cisco call manager phones programming troubleshooting and Unity voicemail. Work with Cisco call routing scripts. I work in the Medical Communications department for OSF Saint Francis Medical Center, I am resposible for the Transfer Services and Life Flight and ambulance communications and telementry communications circuits. Pager administration, programming and maintenance of the Zetron paging system. I Program and adminster the Amcom mass notification sytem e.Notify, create templates and paging groups, also the Amcom Smart Center listings and Smart Web call schedule software for physicians. I am also responsible and assist in support the Intego Nurse Call system and badge programming and call lights. I set groups and agents in Paralax system for call recording of calls and screen capture for agents. I maintain call center programming for the OSF operators using an Avaya G3, and Generate Medicare score card reports for an average 250,000 calls per month using the Avaya CMS. I program the CISCO 7925 wireless phones to tie in with the Pronet Nurse call system. I interface and deal with various vendors regarding maintenance issues and quotes and order supplies as needed as part of my duties.
