Lead a new department focused on leveraging resources to build sound community partnerships through organized community health, community relations and employee engagement initiatives. Provided administrative oversight for the divisions of Cardiovascular Surgery and Thoracic Surgery. Managed many people with varying degrees of educational background in two large surgical practice that attracts patients from all around the world. Predominantly focused on clinical performance and the financial portfolio of Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery. Managing day-to-day operations and the interpersonal challenges within the practice.
