Ron Anderson has mobilized his rare blend of passion, commitment, business acumen & multi-cultural experience to conceive, architect, launch & manage innovative multi-million dollar enterprises in both the for profit & non-profit market spaces. As co-founder & Managing Partner of the Accenture Process Architecture Center of Excellence, Ron hand picked a team of 100 elite consultants (from 16 countries) that drove over $500M in revenue by helping to create ground breaking new businesses around the world. Ron simultaneously led Accenture's global Process Excellence practice responsible for providing thought leadership, advanced tools, methods & training to over 20,000 professionals across the globe. Ron retired from Accenture to support his adopted teenage son as a single father in confronting life threatening challenges resulting from over a decade or horrific abuse and neglect. Ron also founded The Venture Architecture Group where he helped architect, launch & transform startup & hyper growth enterprises in the U.S. & abroad by serving in C-Suite level executive roles & providing advisory & consulting services & capital as a highly engaged angel investor. Ron's unique blend of deep business expertise, extensive international experience & 20+ years of in depth immersion in dealing with the daunting challenges faced by African Americans has positioned Ron to move the needle in the non-profit community as well. Ron conceived of, architected and co-founded The Minnesota Comeback (now known as Great Minnesota Schools), a groundbreaking non-profit that has raised over $30M to level the playing field for under served students in Minneapolis. He has also served over a dozen other highly impactful social enterprises as a Board Member and/or strategic advisor. As a long time resident of North Minneapolis, a husband to a strong Zulu woman from South Africa, a father & grandfather to 5 fine young African American men & an umalume ("uncle" in Zulu) to several wonderful Zulu nieces & nephews in Johannesburg, South Africa...the tragic George Floyd murder (who I had the pleasure of meeting several times) literally hit very close to home for me & my family devastating our local community. George's murder inspired me to deploy my truly unique blend of professional & personal experiences & skills to launch CO.NEXT.ION, a boutique executive DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) advisory & consulting practice that has launched the next generation in the multi-culture enterprise space by literally redefining DEI (Differences Driven Excellence & Innovation).
