Ronald Anderson, Commander (retired) CD, MA(Ed Tech), a human performance improvement specialist, had a career in training and development including distance and online learning, bringing experience in training and consulting in global settings. He now applies that to helping young professionals find the excellence in their demonstrated skills and abilities to successfully present themselves to potential employers. Mr. Anderson helps them by detecting the source of performance challenges and identifying the causes and implementing methods to resolve them. Ron contributes to mentoring programs and other communities, also bringing his leadership experience as a project manager for a Canadian Navy ship building program in leading teams in multiple locations. Recently, Mr. Anderson developed an on-line mentoring system for new entrepreneurs with 6 other management team members. His Masters thesis on the use of information support systems as an alternate to training and his concepts on providing performance guidance are found in modern computer applications such as MS Word, Zoom and any software that has just-in-time help. Ron taught and consulted while on military exchange with the British Army. Mr. Anderson received the first clasp for the Canadian Forces Decoration. He also received the 125th Anniversary of the Confederation of Canada Medal in 1992 for significant contribution to Canada.
