About Ron Avidan

After retiring as a Major from the IDF Special Forces and the Israeli Intelligence Agency, in 2005 I put my Leadership and Operational skills to use and founded a Construction Management Company based in Stamford Connecticut. After the completion of countless residential and commercial projects, I decided to bring my business and managing skills to play and joined ILG as the Senior Vice President of Operations for our East Region. During that time, with a very talented team, we transformed multiple failing markets that were badly performing. After several months I was assigned as the Florida Division President, responsible for about 550 people and annual revenue of about $220M. Following the acquisition of ILG by the PE Blackstone in April 2021, I became a part of the small Transformation Team tasked with the goal of Value Creation, Performance Excellence across most departments and positions and drive efficiency throughout the company. With that transformation experience I was tasked with the exciting challenge of integrating 7 businesses to one company at Valet Living owned by the PE GI Partners out of San Francisco. With an excellent and experienced team we created an integrated, viable organization with the highlight of rebranding and new GTM Strategy. In 2023 I completed the cycle and joined the amazing team at Littlejohn as an operating partner to establish and improve operation efficiency and operation optimisation.
