(1) Product Management - Take charge of insurance fund investment, design products for the Ping An internal fund and the third parties (banks, external insurance institutions, overseas sovereign wealth funds, high net worth clients), including portfolio products (equities, fixed incomes, configuration, cash-related types and so forth), debt investment plans, share-option schemes, bail-out products, etc.; - Design specific investment strategies for clients of different types; - Handle life-cycle management for single asset management product, such as the “recruitment, investment, management, withdrawal” sections;(2) Sales Development - Actively expand the capital channel as well as the asset channel and facilitate the communication between the two parties; - Take charge of the Beijing team of PAAMC, handle business development and marketing tasks targeting at corporate clients in North China region; - Assist in developing and expanding market of international business, develop and maintain clients of sovereign wealth funds and pensions;(3) Communication with Authorities of Supervision - Communicate with authorities of supervision in Beijing, collect the latest information of supervision and provide assistance; - Serve as a member of the expert team to assist China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission in formulating policies, expanding insurance fund investment in bond futures, stock index futures, CRM, etc.;(4) License Application - Complete the applications for corporate licenses, including the qualification licenses of entrusted investment, corporate annuity investment manager, the third pillar tax-deferred pension investment manager, etc.(5) Strategic Support - Examine strategies for the usage of capitals of Ping An Group as well as its subsidiaries, manage the auditing process of supervision reports, including increase stock investment in CFLD and acquire company shares of HSBC, foreign exchange swap, treasury bond futures, etc.

(1) Policy and System Formulation - Formulated risk preference policies for the entire bank as the compiler, manage the policy, system, and quota of risk management for the entire bank; - Participated in the formulation, re-inspection and implementation of annual credit extension policies; conducted economic capital measurement and calculation, prescribed quotas for portfolio management through multi-dimension RAROC analysis concerning industry, region, branch, and product; - Took charge of management system reorganization for the processes of asset management business for the entire bank;(2) Facilitated the Application for Implementing Advanced Capital Measurement Methods - Helped to complete the CITIC Bank’s application for implementing advanced capital measurement methods, prepared necessary application materials and reports given to the China Banking Regulatory Commission;(3) Facilitated the Construction of Comprehensive Risk Management System and ICAAP - Compiled core systems and policies for comprehensive risk management such as the CITIC Bank’s Comprehensive System Management Policy; - Built the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP), completed risk identification and evaluation, stress testing, capital planning, etc. annually;(4) Facilitated the Construction of Business Continuation Management System (BCM) - Compiled the basic management system of business continuation, optimized the system through conducting business influence analysis and risk assessment; - Working with different business departments to write emergency solution plans, conducting emergency simulation of business continuation, etc., popularized the system to all branches.

(1) Helped banks to reorganize and plan capital businesses and designed a specific improvement plan for systems;(2) Enabled banks to supervise capital measurement, the analysis of original system data, the quality improvement plan for RWA data and its examination, financial statement verification and solutions, the comparison between RWA measurement and 1104 statement, the verification of three-pillar statement, etc.;(3) Compiled data patterns according to the new compliance requirements, standardized data definitions and developed a data dictionary which was referential to future system development;(4) Helped banks to manage assets and debts, optimized capital resource allocation for the entire bank, improved testing scenarios of capital stress testing and conducted capital stress testing.
