Coordinates the retrieval process and sets out the actions to the business/ IT system owners and monitors progress/ timeliness. Supports business owners in determining applicable record types.

Coordinate and support the yearly WPR Exercises involving all critical business lines. Documenting the results of all test and exercises (and identifying any recommended enhancements). Monitor the BC incidents during and after the WPR Exercises. Coordinate and support the BIA and BCP process. Perform risk analyses for functional areas to identify points of failure and identify risk avoidance. Produce business requirements between business and IT (result of the BIA). Maintain and update the BC KPIs. Liaise with local Business Continuity Coordinators to develop effective working relationships. Perform BCM walkthrougs. Perform BCM awareness presentations: ensuring all employees maintain their familiarity with the relevant procedures of BCM.

Responsible for the SLA process. Set up new SLA templates. Facilitating the yearly review process. Support the sign off process. Maintaining the SLA dashboard.
