Cornerstone develops and deploys waste management and waste processing technologies that effectively upgrade a broad spectrum of organic waste by re-purposing targeted solid waste streams and other organic materials as valuable sources of low-cost feedstock for anaerobic digestion, bioenergy, and bio-products applications. The company's primary focus is on systems that advances the use of waste organics, waste fiber, and mixed plastics.

R2P Dev, LLC is a professional services project development company formed to develop renewable energy projects utilizing a variety of commercial, industrial and municipal waste streams as feedstocks for anaerobic digestion, gasification, and pyrolytic conversion processes. R2P's three founders blend several decades of relevant project development experiences and the ability to assess and evaluate the variety of technologies that are currently available in the fast-expanding renewable energy field to deliver to its clients reliable and cost-effective project viability assessments and development services.

Renewable energy project development and related consulting services.

Mr. Barmore was responsible for managing the company's efforts in the identification and development of its projects. The primary responsibilities of Project Development include project sitting, infrastructure development, negotiations with utility providers, negotiation of state and local incentives, management of environmental permitting, and the negotiation of the feedstock supply and production sales agreements. Responsibilities also include a significant role interfacing with local, state and federal legislators, policy makers and industry advocates on numerous issues of importance to the industry.

Mr. Barmore was responsible for the Marketing and Business Development, including identification and screening of new business opportunities, development of those opportunities into viable sales prospects, negotiation of complex construction and operations contracts and the maintenance of the client relationship. Additional relevant experience includes participation in venture capital fund raising efforts, several due diligence efforts to acquire existing waste-to-energy facilities, management of a very difficult project completion situation and participation in efforts to purchase, through a complex sale-leaseback structure, a $150 million facility from a municipality in the Northeast.

During this time, Mr. Barmore participated in a variety of enterprises including solid waste management consulting, financial and management consulting and the ownership of a small service business.

Mr. Barmore was a Regional Manager responsible for all aspects of new business development in the Midwest and Southeast for a division of the company. This division developed, owned and operated large municipal solid waste management and recycling facilities (waste-to-energy). Responsibilities include new project identification, bidding and price strategy, management of the project development team, leading contract negotiations, project permitting and project financing.

Mr. Barmore held a variety of business development and financial management positions within this conglomerate including four division controllerships and culminating as the senior line financial officer for a group of companies generating hundreds of millions in annual revenues. The companies were leaders in the waste-to-energy, wastewater treatment, cogeneration and environmental services markets. This position included major assignments as lead negotiator on new waste-to energy projects.
