Ron is a Principle Managing Partner of the independent managing consultancy firm of Integraccount. In this role, Ron provides executive support to the Retail / DTC / CPG industry. This has included roles as CIO at Talbots, Belk and Orchard Brands; VP of Operations and Distribution at Eddie Bauer, Hot Topic and Torrid; company re-luanches of Coldwater Creek and Limited. Most recently, Ron is providing Supply-Chain leadership in association with the Brecham Group in the domestic and international role-out of multiple WMS platforms and services. In 2010 Ron joined Trilogy Fulfillment as SVP Operations & Development. Trilogy is the Fulfillment, Distribution, Logistics, and Customer Service provider to Eddie Bauer and Pac Sun for direct to consumer and retail channels.Prior to joining Trilogy, Ron was the CIO of Orchard Brands, a portfolio company of direct to consumer brands (Blair, Appleseeds, Norm Thompson ,Haband, Winter Silks, and Draper’s & Damond’s.) responsible for overseeing multiple IT and operational integrations and consolidations efforts which improved profitability and customer service at Orchard Brands. He also led the very successful launch of the Express direct to consumer e-Commerce business that included site development; order management and backend systems implementation; complete fulfillment services; and customer care (call center) services. Prior to Orchard Brands, Ron served as Managing Director of Next Generation Customer Care practice for the Canadian consulting firm T4G International, based in Toronto. In this capacity, Ron led the development of customer satisfaction strategies for companies such as MasterCard, Bell Canada, Orvis, and Coach.Previously, Ron was Director of Customer Satisfaction at LL Bean for 6 years and Sr. Manager of IT for LL Bean for 4 years leading e-Commerce, fulfillment, and customer contact IT projects.
