Volunteer Firefighter/EMT-B for South Van Zandt Volunteer Fire Department which currently operates 4 Stations and covers approximately 200sq. miles of Southern Van Zandt County, Texas.

• Manage the central oversight of the Project Management Office (PMO), provide expertise related to project management best practices, techniques, and standards.• Provide leadership, guidance and assistance to Executive Sponsors and Business Owners in establishing and defining project objectives, scope, business requirements, initial estimates and assists in the initialization of their proposed projects. • Perform the duties of a Sr. Project Manager for all proposed projects throughout the project’s SDLC.• Manage audit processes and conduct project audits. Ensure PMs utilize key project deliverables and the deliverables meet established standards.• Assist and work with Financial Services to provide a means within the project methodology to quantify project benefits and costs (ROI) in a way that will enable an objective evaluation of projects against company objectives.• Mentor project managers on best practices, create and deliver project management training.
