Experienced Real Estate Advisor with a demonstrated history of working in the real estate industry. Ron began his real estate career as a CPA. His understanding of financial statements, debt, and taxes is a unique skill set in the real estate brokerage business. He worked for a CPA firm that specialized in accounting for real estate partnerships and later moved to Dayton and worked for Danis Properties, a local real estate developer. After earning a Masters’s degree, he was a marketing manager for Deloitte and Touche and Lexis Nexis. In 2004, he became a Commercial Realtor and started his first commercial real estate development venture in 2006. His experience in selling, financing, management, purchasing, and leasing of commercial real estate is a significant benefit to his clients. Ron understands that buying/selling or leasing real estate is an important decision that involves both personal and financial issues. He invests time with his clients to understand their needs before recommending solutions. Also, he realizes that there are many variables to consider when contemplating a commercial real estate transaction, including taxes (real estate, payroll, personal) community financial incentives, loans, customers, demographics, zoning, traffic patterns, and many other factors. Ron offers wisdom and insight throughout the entire process to ensure that his client’s needs are met when negotiating the deal.
