Initial responsibility was for the Wynn's business in Australia & New Zealand, transitioning it from a trading company to a local manufacturer and distributor in the retail and professional (trade) AAM markets. Gained additional responsibility for DeVille business in beginning of 2009 for manufacturing and distributing the Tectaloy Coolant range to the AAM channels. At end of 2009, as part of a corporate restructure I consolidated the Wynn's and DeVille businesses along with the Chemtech brand (a part of Applied Australia) into one company, ITW AAMTech.I have managed the growth of this business in retail and trade channels with additional brands being consistently added; Slime, Black Magic, Rain-X, Septone and Permatex.Business expanded from AAM channels to include Industrial, Fleet (truck) and Cleaning markets. Products were manufactured and distributed from six facilities across ANZ. More recently lead the transformational project of consolidating the main operations of the business to Melbourne and Brisbane.Actively involved in development of sales strategies across the brand portfolio incorporating overseas input with local market research for the different market channels. Created two main sales groups for the Retail and Professional channels to ensure focus on key customers in the business.Focus of my management of the business has been on leadership, innovation, people development and continuous improvement utilising the tools provided by experience working within the ITW corporate culture.

Conducted several successful new product launches for the timber finish brands, assisted in acquisition and transition into business of the Sealwall brand.Assisted in sale and transition of Retail Products Group with the exception of Devcon brand to Orica as part of Ecolab takeover of parent company. I then became Business Manager - Devcon/Surefilm which involved consolidation of production and management of national sales team and products. I managed the sale and transition of Devcon and associated brands back into its parent company - ITW during 1999.

My management experience covered all areas of the business from operations, technical, sales and marketing.
