I am a business leader with over a decade in business analysis, product management, and digital experience & service design. I believe in customer-focused design, efficient service delivery, and a collaborative, people-centred approach to work. I am a true generalist: I have managed large international medical conferences overseas, helped redesign park maintenance scheduling regionally within BC, and taught dozens of people the values of Lean process improvement. I aspire to continue learning, writing and mentoring on the topics of business transformation and digital innovation, and providing strategic direction for organizations dedicated to improving the lives of their customers and constituents.Outside of work, you will find me backcountry camping, running marathons, and volunteering within my community. Cancel that, it's now just parenting. I hold a BSc in Cognitive Psychology, an MBA, a Green Belt in Lean Management, and the Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.
