We always conduct reference calls on each sourced candidate, conduct in-person interviews of candidate to determine accuracy of skill sets and experience, and then set up client interviews.I Manage flow of candidates to meet and grow branch profitability, ensure all company practices are in accordance with standard operating practices (including but not limited to; I-9 compliance, reference checks, client credit reference checks and contracts). After we have found the right placement we work very closely with our candidate and client to insure that both parties are pleased. It is our commitment to find a candidate that has the tangible and intangible skills necessary for a long term relationship.

Meet with Homeowners, Superintendents, Sub Contractors, and Employees to go over building plan, building permits, and overall project staffing. Create agreements, outline contracts, designate responsibility, and initiate building plans based on Blue Prints.

Locate client companies that had needs for either a temporary employee or a full time employee. My responsibility included full P&L, building and establishing client based companies, introduce Labor Finder's full services and commitment to our partnering companies, and to assist job seeking candidates find a job and manage day to day operations of the office and staff

As an Account Manager I was responsible for speaking with hiring authorities in Departments of Hospitals and Medical facilities who were seeking candidates to fill key positions within their organizations. I would then skill market candidates into these managers to assist with the hiring of our candidates, creating a win-win for both the job seeking candidate and the Hiring Manager who was seeking a key employee.
