Accountable for successfully leading and managing end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management strategic initiatives in an enterprise health system spanning across Patient Access Service, Clinical Revenue Integrity, Consumer Protection and Compliance, Accounts Receivable Management, and Patient Financial Services; focused on improving patient satisfaction, safety, and overall quality of care . Solution and manage large-scale concurrent programs with interdisciplinary teams, which cross service lines and link to the strategic goals of the organization. Partner with operations, service line business owners, and stakeholders in order to successfully execute programs that have a substantial impact on the financial success of our Clients and Conifer Health Solutions. Staff and manage integrated teams, managing internal and external resources such as capital budgets, support services, business intelligence / analytics, and information systems.- Patient Access Services: Successful piloted implementation of eRegistration system in hospital market; 20% overall improvement in patient registration services and patient experience, with emphases on patient safety, engagement and infection control. - AR Management: Developed and implemented a pilot solution to improve patient experience within healthcare market; tied to billing timeliness, accuracy and resolution when issues occurred. Exceeded Service Level Agreement expectations; pilot solution rolled out to additional markets improving quality and patient satisfaction; while ensuring JCAHO standards are met.- Patient Financial Services: Developed and implemented a new business model that bridged multiple service lines, created EBITDA savings of $3.8M annually, improved regulatory compliance; enhanced IT service offering, reduced Vendor Management scope, improved cash collection rates by 7%, and reduced overall cost-to-collect by 5%.
