CurrentLocated in Worcester, MA, Integrity Modular Design and Construction (IM) is a team of dedicated design and construction professionals who have created a modular building process which provides a high-end housing product at an affordable price and with a shortened time frame; allowing public, private and public-private housing providers a new paradigm in their ability to increase the stock of affordable housing in their communities. IM’s mission is to provide turnkey projects, from affordable single-family homes to 32-unit rental and condominium apartment buildings that will become catalysts for reinvigorating neighborhood values and providing affordable housing where it is needed most.IM has developed an integrated design, manufacturing and construction services capability for its projects which ensures timely and coordinated fabrication and installation of housing units, versus conventional onsite, stick-built housing construction methods. The IM method significantly increases the speed to market of the housing units produced and realizes for the client lower construction financing costs as well as increased housing income from occupancy commencing sooner.From its central Massachusetts location, IM’s newly designed 42,000 sq ft manufacturing facility can serve the housing needs of the (90%) of New England population that is located within a (1) hour drive. The factory’s (2+) acre storage yard provides the necessary space to manufacture and store client projects while sitework occurs in a simultaneous fashion, rather than the sequential method of conventional construction. Visitors to the factory will find that we have constructed a ‘laboratory’ viewing area where we highlight the various housing module and their assembly process. A factory tour further demonstrates IM’s manufacturing efficiencies and how they affect the speed of construction of the units while exceeding all building codes and maintaining the highest quality of construction standards.
