I am the Certified Administrator for the Siemens OpenScape Contact Center V7 R3, better known as Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) Administrator. I am the Certified Administrator for the Siemens Expressions VoiceMail Server. I configure & administer the Zetron 2200 Paging Terminal. The operating systems supported include Windows 7, XP Pro, Windows 2000 series servers and Linux. As IT Specialist I participate in the full range of technical, educational and support activities that occur within the service and have the responsibility for setup and maintenance of workstations, network printers, parallel printers, network connectivity components and wiring of all associated devices. I provide support to facility staff in the configuration and maintenance of commercial off the shelf software, VistA applications, workstations, printers and associated peripheral devices. I consult with facility staff, co-workers and supervisors to help initiate, develop and execute projects in support of all the above programs. Communicating with customers and vendors, using Telephone, Vista Mailman, Outlook, and MS Office Products with etiquette and tact. My Project Management experience, Time Management Skills, Attention to Details and People Skills have kept me in demand with Office of Information and Technology customers at the Veterans Healthcare System of the Ozarks.
