Primary responsibility is assessing patients and selecting the proper equipment to address seating, positioning and mobility needs. To include assembly, fit, and delivering equipment to clients in a timely manner ensuring compliance with all regulatory agencies. I'm also involved in sales, with the responsibility of generating increased company revenues by promoting the products and services of Numotion to prospective customers, primarily by developing effective relationships with existing and potential referral sources.

Developing, coordinating, and implementing a sales plan for the assigned territory (MI, OH, IN, and KY)· Traveling heavily throughout the assigned territory to build relationships with account base and promote the advantages of our mobility products· Exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual production and revenue goals· Responsible for presenting features and benefits of equipment and utilizing equipment during patient evaluations· Planning, coordinating, and participating in local and regional meetings and trade shows· Tracking your activity, progress, and goals in our CRM (Goldmine)· Identifying areas of strengths and weaknesses in the company and competitor’s product lines and providing input to appropriate internal departments to take advantage of available opportunities· Providing product development, sales, pricing and availability information to appropriate internal departments regarding competitor offerings as it is made available or received· Coordinating customer training
