I began my real estate career in the early 1980’s by selling new homes for builders. During the course of my career, I have worked for several builders as on-site sales and sales management in Orange and Ventura counties in California, Park City, Salt Lake City Utah, and here in the greater Las Vegas Area. During my time as a new home sales agent, I had the privilege of working with a few professional and competent real estate agents. Most of my buyers, however, were either not represented or had inexperienced agents unfamiliar with the process who could offer no useful guidance to their clients. I identified the need for general real estate customers to receive knowledgeable and competent representation when considering a new home. I evolved my career path to provide competent and experienced representation to home buyers considering new homes. I joined Berkshire Hathaway home services, formerly Prudential Americana group in 2000. I put a team of well trained and professional realtors together in 2004. We specialized in the promoting of new homes, and more importantly, offering the highest quality representation to our new home customers.My team was consistently ranked in the top 10 of production for the highest volume company in Las Vegas. We were far and away the most successful new home team in the company, consistently selling 60-80 homes per month. 90% of those sales were new homes. I have maintained relationships with new home builder representatives developed over the past 20 years.
