I have worked in the Organization Development field for the past 30 years, as a consultant, a Director of an OD consulting service and in latter years as a private consultant. In the course of my time as head of an internal consulting service, I designed and facilitated over 20 leadership conferences involving in excess of 600 senior management participants. As such, my knowledge and experience in large group engagement methods is extensive. I retired from federal public service in 2008 and work now in a coaching capacity to senior public sector leaders facing transformational change and alignment challenges. I received my training in Organization Development from NTL Institute. I am a certified practitioner in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and in recent years acquired certification in Complex Adaptive Systems from HSD Institute. My training and development in change leadership was done over several wonderful years of work with Linda Ackerman Anderson of Being First Inc. My work in recent years largely involves coaching senior executives in leadership, culture change and strategies for guiding deep and complex change in today’s volatile and unpredictable business environment. Transforming Human Resources has been an area of work for many years as well as using structural models to harness and manage customer service delivery.
