About Ron Case, Ed.D

Besides being the Mayor of Eden Prairie, Minnesota since January, 2019, I also worked at UnitedHealth Group for 11 years in Talent Development and Consumer Loyalty after a 33 year career as a public school teacher of students from elementary school through college psychology. With a doctorate in leadership, an MA in Counseling/Psychology, and an Administrative Licensure degree, I enjoy facilitating professional and leadership development, building employee engagement. Along with my elected official work, I am a member of the Eden Prairie Lions Club, and I represent Eden Prairie on the Regional Council of Mayors as well as many other boards and commissions. I am married with five adult children and five grandchildren ages 4 to 14,I love history, old houses, refinishing furniture, collecting campaign paraphernalia, and genealogy!Although I have thoroughly enjoyed all of the jobs I’ve had throughout my professional career, I definitely believe I am most honored to be currently doing my life’s best work serving the people of Eden Prairie as their Mayor!
