Its leadership team has decades of shared experience in complex property and transaction tax matters, strategic site selection, state and local incentives, and public-private partnership building. Ron has over thirty years of income tax and state and local tax experience. His entrepreneurial spirit combined with his team building skills, and a passionate commitment to his clients and his people has been instrumental for his successful career.Previously, he served as the Co-Founder and CEO of SC&H Group, one of the largest CPA Consulting firms in the U.S. During his tenure he led the State and Local Tax Group to become one of the largest of its kind in the country. The firm was named " Best of the Best" firms by INSIDE Public Accounting and was a frequent first place award winner in " Best Places to Work For" by Accounting Today.As a way of giving back to the community, Ron formerly served on the Stevenson University Board of Trustees, the Economic Alliance of Greater Baltimore, JA of Central Maryland, the Towson University Accounting Advisory Board, and the Accounting and Information Assurance Advisory Board at the University of Maryland. He is the current Chairman of the Board of Business Volunteers of Maryland. Ron is a past member of Maryland Association of CPAs, and the American Institute of CPAs.
