My career arc includes positions in engineering, engineering support and operations. Extensive experience with new product introduction (NPI), engineering change management (ECO) and product lifecycle management (PLM). I’ve managed design and engineering support teams and directly managed the manufacture of prototype and production components to requirements. Primary liaison in the implementation of an ERP system for a $100M company with over 200 employees. I designed a custom change management software tool to interface with the ERP system for improved collaboration of data. I managed an engineering documentation department where I achieved ISO 9001 certification and consistently passed external audits. I built and managed supply chains and mastered the planning necessary to ensure these functions meet the company’s operational goals.
