- Lead the six HR Shared Services Centers (HRSS) in APAC, covering 14 markets and delivering payroll and administrative support for over 17,000 employees. - Collaborate with Houses to ensure services align with business contexts. - Drive group projects to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HRSS and foster collaboration with Houses. - Manage organizational changes and optimize human capital utilization. - Oversee roadmaps and connected capacity across all markets. - Manage the P&L.

- Lead the HKMO shared services center, delivering payroll and administrative support for over 1,500 employees. - Oversee HRBPs for the Corporate office and emerging Houses, supporting approximately 300 employees. - Partner with senior leadership to cultivate a positive work environment, drive organizational changes, and optimize human capital utilization. - Manage group projects, including the employee shares scheme and payroll tool updates. Coordinate with Houses on Covid crisis management measures.

- Serve as the Group C&B lead, overseeing the development and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies.- Collaborate with Houses on group C&B initiatives, such as participating in the Workday Compensation module, external surveys, and health insurance plans.- Provide internal and external benchmarks to HRBPs to support business decisions.- Offer guidelines and advice to HRBPs on managing internal grading structures, salary structures, and benefit plans to attract and retain talent.- Work with HRBPs to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.

- Provide full HR services to designated business units, including the printing factory, editorial office, and PRC office, covering a total of over 250 employees.- Consolidate group payroll and tax filing for all business units, encompassing more than 1,500 employees.- Administer the Payroll and T&A systems.- Serve as the Secretary of safety committee, managing all safety-related documents and the annual audit.
