As the central figure at National (major) accounts, primary focus is placed on the development of strategies necessary to the achievement of organizational key objectives. Whereas multi-functional joint business plans are critical to success, collaborate with key principles (internally and externally) on the integration of measures that seek to improve overall product and service satisfaction. Proactively seek to recognize and qualify customer and industry need and desire, leveraging the organization’s innovative spirit to sustained unique selling positions.

Responsible for sales activities to include the pricing, planning, promotion & distribution of the product line within the assigned Region. The function also includes collateral responsibility for the budgeting & forecasting activities, the gathering of market intelligence and management oversight for the regions' sales team.

Oversee activities related to pull-through distribution of polyurethane adhesive systems supporting automotive-aftermarket applications. In conjunction, manage sales activities within a multi-state region to ensure the success of overall goals & objectives.

Facilitate human resource activities to include the overall maximization of the strategic use of employee resources. Managed functions necessary to ensure compliance to employee compensation guidelines, recruitment, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance.

Responsible for the Strategic Planning, Product Pricing & Promotion and US Domestic Distribution of the Automotive Aftermarket line of polyurethane based technologies.
