Syncrude UE-1

Quality Control Manager/Turn-Over Manager/High-Voltage Testing CoordinatorUpdated the Corporate Quality Manual, Quality Plan and Deliverables. Responsible for ITP’s, testing, TOSTR integration and turnover packages of multiple disciplines for Syncrude UE-1 CC706 and CC-704 Contracts. Packages included electrical, high voltage, mechanical instrumentation.

ATCO Power Canada - Muskeg River Cogeneration

The project involved the installation of two gas-fired combustion turbines to produce a total of 170MW of power operating at 260KV. My duties for the project was the supervision of the pre-commissioning, commissioning, checkout and quality assurance of the electrical installations. 13.8KV Bus ducts, 5KV and 13.8KV swtichwear, 600V MCC’s cabling and cable.

Suncor Energy -OPP 85

Prepare and implement Quality Control Program. Created and implemented the Corporate Testing Package procedure. Insure standards are maintained by ongoing inspection, testing and documentation. Produce auditable quality records for confirmation of objectives. The scope included 5KV and 600 volt power wiring and equipment of three crusher units.
