Manage staff for the development and delivery of Commercial Vehicle safety training to enhance the capabilities of participating Federal, State and local government officials. Oversee the development and implementation of executive and management training, Drug Interdiction Assistance Program (DIAP), criminal interdiction training and employee education and training programs, through instructor-led or distance learning methods, that enables an effective workforce that is flexible, optimally trained, and capable of adapting to changing technology. Effectively communicate with leadership, Program Offices, relevant State enforcement agencies, and the Department to ensure program and administrative training needs, including academies and employee certification requirements are properly identified and addressed. I provide daily management of financial/staff resources, which include an annual budget, project management, team leadership, instructional design and change management. successfully mitigate various managerial problems and gaps that require a mastery of the training and development field as well as an ability to pull collaborative teams together to resolve issues which require innovative solutions. I am a proven entity with demonstrated ability to foster principal subject matter experts and reach authoritative results on a full spectrum of Commercial Vehicle Safety Programs, Human Resources and Budgeting areas.
