I am currently working as a service parts engineer in the Stellantis circular economy group where we find the best ways to remanufacture, repair, re-use and recycle automotive components to improve cost and the environment. I was previously a warranty recovery analyst technical specialist with a long history of working in the automotive industry. I started early on as a dealer drivability and brake technician moving later to the General Motors proving grounds as a Automatic Transaxle Engineering Technician. I later started a position at Chrysler in 2002 working with dealer technicians in powertrain diagnostics and replacement approvals. During that time, I worked on many IT projects creating the original powertrain approval application for independent repair facilities, the powertrain warranty registration application and automated repair replace worksheet. After many years in this position, I moved on to a new position under Mopar Service Parts Quality as the service release engineer for diesel engines. I have always been connected to the warranty group and applications in one way or another. My current primary position is the warranty recovery analyst for Mopar. I continue with many application development projects. I am one of the primary contacts for mopar warranty reporting for our depart and supporting other departments. I am skilled in data analysis, SAS reporting, MS Access, VBA, SQL, and Sharepoint admin. I have associate degrees in Technological science and General Studies from Oakland Community College.
