With over 30+ years in the Real Estate and Finance business, my no. 1 focus has always been 'Helping my fellow man and woman to achieve their financial goals in life. Whether it was to help my clients purchase or finance their first home or achieve their retirement goals with investments, it has been my passion and continues to be my focus. Beginning my career in 1979 and acquiring my Real Estate Sales License, my start for learning the business began with the collection desk. Then advanced to Loan officer, Loan manager, Investment consultant. I also worked the escrow desk, and was VP of Bene Services. 1985 acquired my Life and disability Insurance License to sell Life Insurance. This was for the continuing of my quest to enhance the financial position of my clients. Giving the families some comfort knowing in case of death of a breadwinner, their financial goals will continue.I acquired Suntec Financial in 1991 and grew my loan portfolio of Private Investor Loans and in 1999 Started Suntec Properties to deal with Real Estate Sales and property management. World Financial Group brings my career full scale. With my Life Licenses, we are now sharing the knowledge of how money works. Small amounts of funds saved over a longer period of time can bring great rewards. I'm excited to teach this to the masses.
