Hospitality and Retail Sales experience include Hilton Curio, Starbucks, and Auntie Anne's locations in Houston. Management experience (as well as in the Army) includes having 8-10 direct reports under my supervision at any given shift, responsible for daily inventory management and meeting project deadlines with regular executive reporting -- at the country's busiest base responsible for most overseas deployment. Providing mentorship to new personnel to support T&D goals while ensuring timely operational efficiencies were first honed as a working student for 4 years in hospitality before rising the ranks in the US Army.
