I oversee all aspects of B2C E-commerce for this 71-year-old, $4 billion hardware co-op. This includes doitbest.com and its over 700 affiliate sites, as well as channellockproducts.com. Also under my umbrella are our numerous B2B distributor supply sites within incomsupply.com. I'm responsible for managing numerous teams - both in-house employees and off-site contractors - for web development, digital and email marketing & social media, web design, customer service, and member/owner support staff.My charge is to administrate and improve every facet of the E-commerce experience, including marketing, website design, customer experience (UX/UI), merchandising, order management & fulfillment, logistics & shipping, customer service, and customer relationship management (CRM).There are of course the standard managerial responsibilities of hiring, employee reviews, expense reports, etc., but I also act as Product Owner for all new program development, present the Do it Best E-commerce programs to various audiences for training & sales, and instruct store owners regarding best practices in marketing and merchandising. This includes teaching seminars on SEO, SEM, Online Reputation Management (ORM), social media strategy, and more.This job is a great challenge, as it heavily draws on my experience and expertise in marketing, graphic design, sales, management, retail merchandising, administration, public speaking, customer service, programming, and project management.

I was responsible for the retail web presence of a $500 million dollar company focused on Pro Audio and Music Technology - the second largest in the industry. This included managing a team of 5-8 designers and HTML/CSS/PHP coders. My numerous daily responsibilities included acting for all of Sweetwater's E-marketing as project manager, marketing strategist, art director, and copy editor.

During the years I owned this agency, marketing evolved from the Yellow Pages & newspapers to search engines & web sites. I grew along with the tech, helping my clients achieve their goals and succeed in their businesses. The constants that remained (regardless of the year) included branding and corporate identity, comprehensive marketing campaigns, good technical writing, and compelling product photography.

Responsible for conception, content, layout, and editing of all special information/advertising sections as well as the weekly Showroom automotive section for the largest newspaper in Wyoming. Created unique marketing campaigns for these sections to assist the advertising sales team. Also wrote weekly humor column "Detour," created infographics, and did news/product photography as needed.
