In the current economic cycle, I have found that there is a real need for independent consulting/education/assessments. With over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, in commercial and residential, I have a great working knowledge of all aspects of construction. I have been project managing the construction of high-end single family homes since 2004, and have shifted into a consulting role over the past few years. My skills at problem solving and dispute resolution coupled with a education in engineering report writing provides me with the ability to clear concise reports useful for third party assessments. With my knowledge of the construction industry, I am able to help clients to understand the nuances of the industry that may not be clear to them.
