Projects worked on:-Luton Aquatic Centre £3.2 million:- Mitie Engineering Project LeadBrand new leisure centre with an Olympic size swimming pool, M & E installation Project engineering skills including site management and contract reviews, filling in WIP’s and contract administration, purchasing materials, hiring plant, acquiring best prices and written quotations, assessing labour requirements and gained experience in detailed design. Supervision & management of Site Engineers and subcontractors, overseeing all installation work involving air handling units, VRF, boilers, pumps, water tanks. I ensured that good quality workmanship was maintained and that all installations were fitted correctly and safely. I arranged the labour force required to get the job completed on time and within budget.Controlling all ordering of plant items and subcontractors from start to finish.Attending site meetings with Clients, Contractors, Engineers and Architects to ensure progress and clarity on each installation project.Liaised with various suppliers to ensure best possible prices were achieved for the supply of materials and plant.Carried out all Health and Safety procedures including Tool Box Talks, produced risk assessments and method statements.Oakmeadow School Shrewsbury £990k :- Mechanical Engineer Part new build part refurbishment M & E works duties as above. Shrewsbury College:- £1,2k:- Mechanical Engineer M & E refurbishment of a training centre for design, welding, motor engineering workshop, and carpentry workshop.Duties as above.HMP Lincoln £2.5 million:- Project LeadBrand new workshop facility and 13 refurbishments of M&E works to existing buildings and plant rooms within a live prison establishment with various infrastructure upgrades. The works involved an extensive site infrastructure package with careful co-ordination to ensure that power/water/gas and lifesaving systems were operational at all times.

Projects worked on :-NEC LG Arena 5m, HMP Hull Prison 2.4m, Rolls Royce Test Bed 58 for the new air bus engine 4.5m, HMP Wayland Prison 4.3m, HMP Sock Heath 450k, HMP Hindley 450k, Student accommodation and residential accommodation. – Responsible for: My last project was the refurbishment of the NEC Forum, which had to be completed within 26 week, which we did achieve. This was the construction of a new pier 4 which linked to pier 6 via a new bridge which was built across from the Airport. Special cranes were brought in to move the bridge over to the new piers which was being built. Once the bridge was in position, work commenced fitting it out with all services including: chilled water, domestic services, LTHW and gas. Duties included organising labour and subcontractors, ordering materials, ensuring method and risk assessments were in place and correct and carrying out induction.

Projects worked on :- Muller Dairy, Glaxosmithkline, Geest Foods, Bss, Craft foods, Aventis Pharmaceuticals and Glaxosmithkline Medicines Research Centre Responsible for: Dealing with sub-contract enquiries & orders, material orders for specific jobs, producing operating & maintenance manuals for all completed jobs, carrying out WIP’s on a monthly bases, ensuring that cost were kept within budget, carrying out all Health and Safety procedures including Tool Box Talks, producing risk assessments and method statements.I regularly attended site meetings with Clients, Contractors, Engineers and Architects to ensure 
progress and clarity on each installation project and liaised with various suppliers to ensure best possible prices were achieved for the supply of plant and materials.
