Provide oversight to the planning, prioritization and work intake process for product implementation and maintenance work for the Enterprise. Responsible for the day to day operations functions and setting strategy related to staffing models, operating models and continuous process improvement.

Additional responsibilities include sales, marketing, recruiting, client relationship management, project management and human resource functions.Developed relationships with new and existing clients. Analyzed and evaluated client business processes and recommended technology solutions to improve operational efficiency, effectiveness and profitability.Managed the creation of marketing collateral for mass distribution to clients and presentation of client-specific proposals.Managed client proposal development including scope definition, detailed project plans, costing models, deliverables and work order/contracts.
