I have spent my career conceptualizing, designing, and implementing new processes for many types of new products. I have serviced businesses producing natural and synthetic polymers, fruit and plant extracts, metals (primarily titanium, titanium master alloys, and stainless steels). The end markets served by these products/processes include pharmaceutical, medical devices, nutraceutical, personal care, battery, energy, residential and industrial coatings, aerospace, and DOD. I have also spent my career evaluating and improving existing manufacturing processes which include various types of reaction, purification, drying, grinding, and powder handling. I have served as the subject matter expert (SME) in the area of particle technology with a deep knowledge of modern techniques for measuring powder flow behavior and manipulating particles physically and/or chemically to improve processability and product functionality.
