South Philadelphia Branch

I am a sales leader to a group of 8 salesmen that service the area of North Philadelphia. My duties range from training new hires, conducting interviews, building/coaching a strong team that achieves hitting sales goals, growing relationships with the 500+ accounts in my district, covering routes when needed, ordering and planning our racks for our branch.

Concordville Branch

This position is similar to the RSP posion, however I served different routes each week. I would cover vacations, clean up routes, travel to other branches when needed. I also was trained to drive a straight truck, train new hires, work in the interview process conducting route rides.

Concordville Branch

I was expected to achieve sales numbers for the route that I had, sell racks and displays, solicite new business, particpate in branch and company incentives, rotate product in accts, merchandise product, pick orders for the stores in my area.
