Responsible for training, mentoring as well as coaching team members to achieve company objectives. Support with safety walks, inventory management of departments and project assignments.

Guided overall execution of day to day activities through four Assistant Managers & 70 + associates delivering Cross Functional Training / Team Development, Customer Service Satisfaction / Retention, Sales, Profit Improvement, Cost control & Operational processes across 4 Key Result areas.

Responsible for Revenue Growth, Customer Satisfaction Experience, Employee Development as well as Expense Control. Held key positions as Sales Team Leader, Co- Manager and Store Manager within 5 store locations.

Provided District Leadership for 17 store managers & 75+ employees delivering on company programs and objectives resulting in over $13 million in revenue.

Responsible for management of total store operations including P & L, inventory control, stock and custom ordering, merchandising, hiring, training and personnel development. Continued development of key skill sets through District Manager Training Program.
