As Technology Manager for Europe, Middle East and Africa my responsibilities included the management of fellow IT Professionals and the responsibilities of ensuring all Common Operating Environments within my regions were held to the highest standards. As site owner within all fields of IT, I managed all regional user requirements, all server and network supervision with the requested support from external technical teams when necessary. System Environments included Microsoft Windows XP, Windows NT Workstation/ NT/2000Server and Windows Exchange 2003.• Management of all Common Operating Environments for 10 sites / 600+ persons with direct reports in 7 of those sites (minimized staff for cost control)• Local IT Cost Control and reporting management• Project Work to include investigations, planning, administering and managing. Project participation includes Seibel, Windows workstation and server, Exchange, SAP, Avaya, etc.• Site Relocation Management to include foreign sites (South Africa, Germany, Ireland, Israel, England, The Netherlands).
