Rewarding on so many facets, like working with and for multiple teams witnessing their and Bayer's successes in sales growth, but what rises to the top is seeing our valued customer's successes, establishing relationships, and the trust built over the years.

I was directly responsible for our company's freedom to operate across seven business lines and hundreds of the most valued resource in any company "our employees" wellbeing. This role afforded the privilege as a member of each respective leadership teams across the diversity of Monsanto's agricultural businesses to include onboarding Climate Corporation after the one-billion-dollar purchase, successful ventures acquiring Seminis vegetables, being part of the creative processes to build IP technologies in Technology Development and Agronomy to name only a few. Each business had dynamic leadership and personnel to mentor me and graciously shared their knowledge enhancing my never-ending quest for learning continuum.
