This role afforded the privilege as a member of each respective leadership teams across the diversity of Monsanto's agricultural businesses to include onboarding Climate Corporation after the one-billion-dollar purchase, successful ventures acquiring Seminis vegetables, being part of the creative processes to build IP technologies in Technology Development and Agronomy to name only a few. Each business had dynamic leadership and personnel to mentor me and graciously shared their knowledge enhancing my never-ending quest for learning continuum.
