Negotiated multi-year contract with iTrade Networks (cloud-based supply chain management solution for the food and beverage industry) to consolidate a master agreement of all operating companies to maximize savings and minimize administration by working with company controllers and business analysts to reconcile transaction history and projections to lock in volume based pricing.Drove initiative and managed the development of customized EDI transmissions from iTrade and FoodLink to integrate with proprietary ERP (www.producepro.com) using standard 850 Purchase Orders and 810 Invoice documents.Drove initiative and managed an iterative API development project to replace dated ODBC connections from non-relational database ERP to a SQL data warehouse. Researched, interviewed and hired an API developer to augment in-house application development team and DBA to work through proof of concepts with ERP developers. Presented progress to COO and business stakeholders.Replaced internal open source software and created custom workflows and automation to more efficiently manage help desk, engineering, asset management, knowledge base, BI initiatives and application development using Atlassian Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket. Worked with outside sales team and application development staff to develop a customized pricing program based on percentages and rebates derived from purchase price within ERP, cross referenced to the market data extracted from a customized API of USDA data to produce a managed weekly pricing sheet. Project morphed into a further developed web application to utilize updated freight rates to populate company website for volume based pricing to include freight charges and provided a weekly automated mailer.

Recruited/mentored technical team matched with business to promote internal/external customer service through the adoption of selective technologies. Reorganized department and established performance evaluations to produce goal driven employees.Budgeted and managed multiple datacenter build outs to reduce footprint using NetApp shared storage technologies - P2V datacenter consolidation to standalone ESX in HQ datacenter; managed and coordinated consolidation of 50+ physical servers to 4 using VMware's ESXi improved resiliency and reduced downtime through vMotion, HA and and Load Balancing.Consolidated multiple AD domains to primary company-wide domain streamlining administration. Coordinated migration of endpoints minimizing user impact and built out MS Exchange infrastructure with load balancing and HA. Migrated users to O365 as they were moved into new AD.Established help desk structure with ticketing/tracking system and solidified after-hours support. Led a CRM steering committee with sales and marketing to select MS Dynamics CRM and an integrated marketing automation software solution (ClickDimensions). Researched new technologies and provided recommendations for purchases to Director of System Integration and Director of Finance.
