Software TrainerAderant 2000 - 2002Atlanta, Ga, UsI developed training materials for employee and client training for all of the CMSOPEN applications and also SQL Server. I taught new employee and supplemental classes covering all aspects of CMSOPEN software and SQL Server. Over a 2-3 year period, I traveled to various global offices to provide new employee training on new applications and train the trainer sessions. These locations included London, Toronto, Sydney, Melbourne, and Auckland. I also was posted for five weeks to Frankfurt, Germany to provide post conversion support for two large law firms. I was loaned out to QA and worked on the CMSOPEN Internet project CMS.Net as the primary tester for the Billing API. I set up and maintained a personal and public website and database, tested xml and web pages generated by the CMS.Net application and verified updates to the database. After the down-sizing of our company in November of 2002, the In-House Training department was eliminated. I was re-assigned back to Development as a Lead QA Engineer
