I played a key role in selecting investment bankers and managing the process of evaluating the "offer fairness" including a recommendation to the full board of directors.

Business was generating significant operating losses.Strategic evaluation resulted in the need to close one catalog operation and a magazine company, while consolidating the remaining activities into other Deluxe divisionsA $25 million operating loss was converted to a $5 million profit one year later.
