As the Program Director, I lead a dynamic team of IT professionals dedicated to supporting ASMIS 2.0 (Army Safety Management System 2.0), the Army's program of record for centralized safety and occupational health information management and training. Serving as the company's primary liaison to the Army Combat Readiness Center (CRC), I ensure alignment with the strategic vision of the Commanding General and ensure the Team is supporting the diverse needs of customers across the Army.In this role, I provide strategic advice and timely updates to corporate leadership on emerging trends and evolving requirements within the CRC, fostering proactive responses and continuous improvement initiatives. Led 220 U.S. Military and Civilian personnel, and a Dutch aviation training squadron, ensuring comprehensive pre- and post-mobilization training. Coordinated closely with senior leaders across multiple Army components and combatant commands to ensure combat readiness. • Chief of Operations, U.S. Army Pacific: As the military deputy to the G-3, a Brigadier General, synchronized activities of staff sections and subordinate commands.
