Responsible for the daily case management of 125+ consumers who were living with HIV and AIDS in Lake County, Florida through a Ryan White CARE Act federally funded grant. Acted as Lead Medical Case Manager with other Ryan White Case Managers while working alongside Project AIDS Care Case Managers. Integral in the development of the HIV positive support group for Lake County consumers. Instrumental in investigation by analyzing epidemiological disease surveillance to identify unmet needs as it relates to risk reduction while identifying risks that attribute to HIV infection.Provided assistance with the basic needs pantry, emergency financial assistance, HOPWA housing assistance, substance abuse and psychosocial services, referrals to physicians, the AIDS drug assistance program and all other necessary services. Completed intakes, assessments and service planning. Responsible for entire consumer-service record keeping system, completed monthly billing statements for agency.

Acted as Assistant Administrator of this 15 bed Victorian Assisted Living Home in Southern, New Hampshire.

Responsible for the design, development and implementation of all direct care services. Directed front line staff and managed the entire consumer driven assistance department to include all psychosocial services and referrals offered by the agency. Hired and trained a staff of 6 case managers, consumer advocates and a support group faclitator to include development goals and training for staff including necessary coaching plans and evaluations. Led by example maintaining a professional atmosphere. Managed financial assistance programs, successfully wrote grants and acquired funding. Recipient of the 1999 Red Ribbon Award by the Granite State AIDS Consortium for outstanding service to the HIV/AIDS community in the State of New Hampshire.
