Responsible for channel partner, end-user and employee training across the APJ region.-Design and author technical and sales certification courses and exams for classic and cloud partners-Manage and deliver training for classic and cloud partners across 14 APJ countries: Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea and India-Coordinate and drive training initiatives with key stakeholders, subject matter experts and interested parties-Manage internal and external LMS operations

Deliver and mange various IT certification training courses (Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, PMI) and in-house and outsourced trainers-Conduct IT certification courses for corporate and public class intakes-Manage and administer training center accreditation programs-Develop training materials for classroom delivery-Induct and evaluate new trainers for competency, training effectiveness and user satisfaction-Evaluate student performance and conduct student coaching-Oversee classroom readiness and exam center compliance

Ensure operational readiness of shipboard personnel and systems
