The Seniors’ House Calls program provides vulnerable seniors in Regina and Saskatoon with short-term, home-based health care services provided by health care providers, such as physicians and nurse practitioners (NPs). Clients of the service are assisted in the management of their health conditions so that they can avoid hospitalizations and “age in place” as long as is safely possible.
