Responsibility for the GTS UK Cash Manangement Sales Team covering: -- Consumer Industries (Retail & Leisure) and Media. - GTS policy & strategy for i-Gaming / non FI PSP's. - RBS Group Inward referrals to RBS UK.

Responsible for developing the inward referral business for RBS UK from key introducers. The target audience for introductions is our own Global network, Partner & Correspondent Banks and other professionals. The role encompassed education and awareness of RBS’ UK capabilities and building and developing strategic relationships with non group introducers. Objective is increased level of business referred- target market overseas companies relocating, expanding or establishing a UK presence.

Developing cash managment and non card payment solutions across the global RBS network for clients in the e-commerce space. Key focus is on the on-line leisure/entertainment, payment / money service bureau and internet payment service provider sectors.

Worked with corporate clients to implement effective banking structures maximising control over cash and payments (AR & AP) improving operational risk management.

Managed the London Cash Management Sales team responsible for both domestic and international banking solutions for the corporate sector. The team consisted of 6 specialist sales managers with specific industry sector responsibility and support team. Retained direct face to face sales responsibilitity for high risk sectors of gaming and e-commerce payment providers.
